What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to remember something about you, such as a preference or a visit. Similar technologies, such as local storage, can hold information in your browser in the same way.
How this site uses them
This site sets no cookies until you choose to accept them. We use one optional category: analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager), which help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Nothing is requested from Google, and no cookie is set, unless you accept the cookie banner.
| Name | Purpose | Set when | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics: distinguishes visitors and sessions, with IP anonymisation | Only after you accept | Up to 2 years |
Your choice itself is remembered in your browser's local storage (not a cookie), so we do not ask you on every visit. Declining stores only that you declined.
Changing your mind
You can withdraw or give consent at any time: . You can also delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Third-party content
One page carries an embedded podcast player. On the podcast page the featured episode can be played through a player hosted by Acast. It does not load until you press play, so nothing is requested from Acast, and no cookie of theirs can be set, unless you choose to listen. Every other episode is a plain link out to the platform.
