Who we are
This website is operated by IL Brand Consultancy Ltd ("ILBC", "we", "us"), of 10-12 Barnes High Street, London SW13 9LW, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this site. You can reach us at info@ilbc.co.uk.
What we collect, and why
We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us:
- Contact form: your name, email address and message, so that we can respond to your enquiry.
- Report and brochure requests: your name, email address, company and the report you are interested in, so that we can follow up with details and arrange supply.
- Newsletter signup: your email address, so that we can send you our updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to us.
We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and on your consent for the newsletter and for any analytics cookies (see our cookie policy). We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we never sell it.
Where it goes
This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes form submissions on our behalf. Netlify is a US company; transfers are safeguarded by its standard contractual clauses and data processing terms. Fonts and all other page assets are served from our own site, so unless and until you accept analytics cookies, simply reading these pages sends no personal information to third-party services.
If you do accept them, Google Analytics 4 loads through Google Tag Manager and Google receives data about your visit, with your IP address anonymised. Google is a US company too, and those transfers are safeguarded in the same way, by its standard contractual clauses and data processing terms. Nothing reaches Google before you accept, and you can withdraw your consent at any time on our cookie policy page.
Enquiries are delivered to our own mailbox and handled by the ILBC team in London, Paris and Dubai. We share your details with no one else unless you ask us to, or the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and maintain our business records, and newsletter details until you unsubscribe. Information that is no longer needed is deleted.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you have the right to ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to receive it in a portable form. To exercise any of these rights, email info@ilbc.co.uk.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to your local supervisory authority in the EU.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised.
